W trakcie spotkania omówiono zagadnienia związane z realizacją projektu, trudnościami w jego realizacji oraz korzyściami jakie przyniósł projekt. Omówiono wskaźniki oraz broszurę dobrych praktyk, która opracowywana była podczas spotkań ekspertów. Dyskutowano nad zmianamii modyfikacjami projektu, które wdrożono w celu osiągnięcia jak najlepszych jego rezultatów. Była to doskonała okazja do wymiany spostrzeżeń i uwag.
Konferencję poprzedziło czwarte spokanie Komitetu Sterującego Projektem.
Z uwagi na obowiązujące obostrzenia spowodowane pandemią COVID-19 przedsięwzięcia przeprowadzone zostały w formie on – line.

On 28.05.2021 a Closure Conference of project no. LT-PL-3R-199 “Cooperation of Lithuanian and Polish border guard services” took place. The meeting was attended by representatives of Podlaski Border Guard Regional Unit and State Border Guard Service at the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.
During the meeting, the issues related to project realisation, the challenges in implementing, and the successful parts of the project were discussed. Other points of the discussion were the indicators and the brochure which has been prepared during the expert meetings. In addition to that, partners discussed changes, and modifications of the project, which have been implemented in order to achieve the best results. The conference was the perfect opportunity to exchange observations and comments.
The conference was preceded by the fourth meeting of the Project Steering Committee.
Due to current restrictions applied in order to counteract COVID-19 pandemic, the both events were held on-line.
